If you've contributed to this online publication with your global gluten-free experiences, know that YOU ARE part of the GlutenfreeGlobalicious Family and you've helped me create this! My first decision in creating GFG Mag was to never to make it about myself, rather I wanted to pull Celiacs and Gluten Intolerants together from all across the world to help me create a resource for everyone to be inspired by. In October my family and I went on a tropical vacation for seven glorious days. It was our first vacation in many years. We sat in the sun. We swam, surfed and snorkeled. We slept in, and we ate. Overall, it was stress-free, fun and a pretty fantastic vacation. Beaches Turks and Caicos, an all-inclusive luxury family resort, offers many included activities, excursions, and with over 20 on-site restaurants, many nutritious and delicious options. The resort also has a full gym on site. I was overjoyed when I finally booked our trip!

Amy Tan is the GF & Vegan Baker of Cake Girl, located inside the historic St Louis Drug Pharmacy in Los Angeles (Boyle Heights area), California. Cake Girl occupies what used to be a soda fountain counter. Amy and her fiance/business partner Andres were able to keep the original counter, pastry fridge, and stools as historical decor. Cake Girl specializes in 100% gluten-free baked donuts, cakes and cupcakes!

Finding a gluten-free restaurant is hard, but finding a gluten-free, dairy-free, all organic, non-GMO, lectin free and sugar-free restaurant is like finding that needle in a haystack.  A&M Factory Restaurant in Frazer, PA is that needle, but so worth the search.

Tucked in the northwest suburbs of Philadelphia, in a nondescript strip plaza along route 30 (called the “Mainline”), A&M Factory doesn’t look like much on the outside, but as soon as you walk in the door, your eyes are drawn to its contemporary and rustic barn décor.
