Leilani, who's lived in Hawaii, Oregon and the SF Bay Area, has a background in Real Estate Lending and in Law, left her corporate job to pursue her lifelong dream of opening a food business. In 2015, Leilani, her husband, and daughter opened up an online meal delivery service, later opening up their first brick and mortar location in 2018 in Tracy, California (one hour east of San Francisco). They offer a 95% gluten-free menu!
