Ingredients

 

  • 1 15-ounce can of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 raw garlic cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt

 

How To

 

  1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until creamy and smooth.
  2. Garnish with olive oil, and sumac, or any fresh herbs such as parsley or dill.
  3. Chill or eat at room temperature. 

 

Serve with:

  • cucumber slices
  • carrot sticks
  • radishes
  • olives
  • parsley
  • hard boiled eggs
  • tortilla chips
  • potato chips
