Vanilla Cake Donuts with Blackberry Glaze

In 2016 I wrote my first ebook, 'Pure Fresh Donuts,' and published it on Amazon. This recipe makes: 6 full-size donuts/12 mini donuts

Donut Ingredients 

  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup milk of your choice (I use whole fat coconut milk)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup 
  • 2 teaspoons gluten-free vanilla (optional)
  • 1 cup superfine almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Birch Blenders Paleo Mix (or your favorite gluten-free flour blend)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

How To

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare donut pan by lightly greasing with coconut oil. Set aside.
