Broccoli with Garlic and Leek

When you make this recipe, you’ll have an absolutely healthy & scrumptious veggie side dish! You can also add a protein to make it a meal, as in a Broccoli Beef Bowl or Chicken bowl.

4-6 servings

Ingredients

1 pound of broccoli, trimmed and cut
2 inches of chopped leek
3-4 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon organic olive oil 

How To

In a large pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add Steam broccoli, leek, and garlic. Steam for 8 minutes. Drain well and drizzle with olive oil. Season with sea salt and pepper if desired.
