The whole grain varieties are 100% whole grain flours, and they make the most delicious bread and baked goods. The trip is really a dream, with a group of like-minded people who have similar dietary needs. We pamper everyone with really bountiful gluten-free breakfasts and the cooking classes are hands-on. I keep in touch with many of my guests and the getaways have been some of the best memories for me and my staff.
GFG Mag: Anything you'd like to add for our readers?
Carla: You may not know, but I developed a line of gluten-free bread and pastry flours that are very different than what is currently on the market because the flours do not contain added starches. The whole grain varieties are 100% whole grain flours, and they make the most delicious bread and baked goods. We’ve also published many recipes for sourdough bread, including a homemade starter, because we believe food heals and we want to make gluten-free baking healthier and more delicious for everyone.
