Brandt Baldanza is on his way to creating a gluten-free empire in St. Louis! He opened his first Corner Pub and Grill in St. Louis, Missouri back in 2007, just a few years after his nine-year-old daughter Hannah, was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Since then he's established ten restaurants in his OG Hospitality Group, with each location offering an extensive menu of gluten-free options.

 

 

I interviewed Brant and Hannah while Brant was in Nashville, preparing to open a new location. Listening to them share their journey made me realize their dedication and passion for their food establishments was not only inspiring but also thrilling!
