During my interview with Alyssia Walden, Manager of the Inn On Randolph, in Napa California, I was able to find out all about the 100% dedicated, gluten-free inn. Her story is a real blessing! Back in 2012, Alyssia, who has been working in the Hospitality industry for 15 years, met a local Napa woman by chance, who also had Celiac Disease! Through conversation, they learned that each of them had visions of gluten-free luxury boutique lodging. 

Their ideas came alive with the necessary renovations, bringing the Inn on Randolph to life in 2002! Since then, Alyssia has been responsible for the property management, even after the inn was sold to a new owner, two years ago.

Today, the Inn on Randolph has ten rooms with maximum seating for twenty at breakfast. Alyssia and Chef Diane plan their menus one month in advance, incorporating seasonal ingredients to create farm-to-table menus, for guests.
