Emphasis is on clean-eating, gluten-free and paleo ingredients. In 2016, Bree Reilly started as a weekend delivery driver at Plate Therapy Kitchen. Having always loved cooking and being in the kitchen, she gained more kitchen experience by learning the how to's of assisting with meal prep, portioning and packaging, and now two years later, she's worked her way up to the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager position of this very busy Gluten-free and Paleo meal delivery service, in Santa Clarita, California.
